ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs in Conyers, GA. The role focuses on designing and overseeing skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans for children and families.

You will supervise RBTs and caregivers, conduct functional and preference assessments, and mentor colleagues pursuing BCBA certification. A Master’s degree and active BCBA certification are required, with licensure pursued as needed.

• State licensure must be active or initiated prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, andmonitorskill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
