OPTIONS Family of Services in San Luis Obispo County is seeking a Director of Behavioral Services/BCBA to lead four behavior programs, oversee staff, and ensure compliance with regulations. This pivotal role requires strategic leadership and a passion for evidence-based practice.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop policies, monitor outcomes, and drive quality improvements while serving a diverse population in an in-person, full‑time capacity.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• Applied behavior analysis experience of 2+ years required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the behavioral health department, including program development, staff supervision, and behavior plan management.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral support services that align with organizational goals and community needs.
• Develop policies and procedures that comply with state and federal regulations governing services.
• Provide oversight and support to staff, including training on evidence-based practices.
• Work as a part of the Admin team to enhance communication and service coordination.
• Monitor program outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service effectiveness.

Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Director of Behavioral Services/BCBA., This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of four behavior programs within our organization. The Director will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and promote best practices.

Duties

• Lead and manage all aspects of the behavioral health department, including program development, staff supervision, and behavior plan management.
