Responsibilities

• Provide intensive ABA therapy with a low caseload of 20–25 weekly billable hours.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in implementing treatment plans and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and write detailed treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Coordinate with families to provide training and updates on progress.
• Schedule and manage RBT hours for efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, assessments, and progress.
• Work from home with flexible hours; visit client homes as needed.
• Serve clients in Utah and Salt Lake counties; streamline caseload geographically over time.
• Use company MacBook and phone for work tasks.
• Receive mileage reimbursement for client visits.

Nova Supports, a quality provider of ABA services, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You must have a current certification from the BACB.This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who values flexibility, growth, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism. Your caseload will be small (20-25 weekly billable hours). Hours are flexible, being able to work from home when you aren't at the client's home. This is a hybrid in-person and work from home position, but you must be willing and have access to reliable transportation to get to client homes and the clinic within the Salt Lake County area. This is NOT a remote position.
Compensation is salaried at $85,000 - $94,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
