Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services across in-clinic and home settings. You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver excellent client outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000-$100,000 base plus monthly bonuses, sign-on options, and a balanced schedule with no weekends. WFH options available and multiple NC locations including Asheville, Goldsboro, Greenville, and more.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification and NC LBA license.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver clinic and home/community ABA therapy.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisionsParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development

Requirements

• Active BCBA Certification (required)
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
