Momentum Behavior Services in Rochester, MN is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services in a clinic setting with a hybrid work option.
You will manage a caseload of 8–10 clients, supervise and document, collaborate with families and staff, and contribute to progress you can see, with a salary of $85,000–$94,000 per year and a monthly BCBA bonus.
Momentum Behavior Services is practitioner-built and led by people who understand ABA because they’ve done the work. We’re locally rooted, clinically focused, and serious about doing things the right way: with ethics, compliance, and quality care guiding how we grow. You won’t feel like a number here. You’ll have leaders who understand the realities of being a BCBA, systems that help you stay organized, and a team that knows your name and trusts your clinical judgment.
This full-time BCBA role is based in Rochester, MN, with hours Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If Hybrid, you’ll spend 3 days in clinic and 2 days working from home each week, giving you time for both hands‑on clinical leadership and focused planning, documentation, supervision, and follow‑up. You’ll support a caseload of approximately 8–10 clients, build meaningful relationships with families and staff, and help drive progress you can actually see.
