Momentum Behavior Services in Hermosa Beach, CA is hiring a BCBA to oversee a defined caseload from assessment through treatment, supervision, and client progress. This hands-on, clinic-based role requires in-person presence to support staff and maintain treatment fidelity across 8–10 clients.

This full-time, in-office position offers $87,000–$105,243 per year plus a BCBA bonus incentive and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays,

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and in good standing.

JOB SETTING: In Office Monday - Friday

SALARY: $87,000.00 - $105,243.00 per year, plus monthly BCBA bonus incentive, and a comprehensive Benefit Package which includes:
