Job summary

Momentum Behavior Services is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical work remotely from the United States, supporting a caseload of 8–10 clients with quarterly travel to Minnesota. You will direct assessments, develop function-based plans, and ensure care meets payer requirements, while mentoring RBTs and BTs.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA certification, state licensure if required, and 2–3 years of ABA experience with high‑acuity cases.

Responsibilities

  • Own clinical outcomes for your assigned caseload.
  • Monitor client progress, goal mastery, and discharge planning.
  • Provide oversight for assessments (FBAs, functional analyses as appropriate).
  • Develop individualized, function-based Behavior Intervention Plans.
  • Ensure programming meets medical necessity and payer requirements.
  • Supervise and coach RBTs and BTs per BACB requirements.
  • Model clinical skills and provide in‑the‑moment feedback.

Job description

This full-time, remote BCBA role is based Minnesota, with hours Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. There is quarterly travel required (2 full days in clinic). You’ll support a caseload of approximately 8–10 clients, build meaningful relationships with families and staff, and help drive progress you can actually see.

Schedule & Compensation

Hours: Full-time

Setting: Online, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM with quarterly travel to MN required

Salary Range: $81,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA, you will:

  • Own clinical outcomes for your assigned caseload
  • Monitor client progress, goal mastery, and discharge planning
  • Ensure authorized hours are used effectivelyConduct assessments, including FBAs, functional analyses when appropriate, and skills assessments such as VB-MAPP and ABLLS‑R
  • Develop individualized, function-based Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Ensure programming meets medical necessity and payer requirements
  • Provide oversight for high-acuity cases and crisis situations
  • Review data and adjust interventions as needed
  • Supervise and coach RBTs and BTs according to BACB requirements
  • Model clinical skills and provide in-the-moment feedback
  • Support treatment fidelity, accurate data collection, and proper prompting and reinforcement strategies
  • Communicate regularly with caregivers and provide training and updates

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $81,000.00 - $100,000.00 with monthly and ongoing competitive bonus opportunities available, compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
