Job summary

Behavior Frontiers in Riverside, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and bonuses, plus opportunities to impact children's lives.

You will design and implement ABA programs for children with autism, using VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments, with support for ongoing professional growth. We provide comprehensive benefits from day one, unlimited PTO, loan repayment, a generous bonus

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.
