Behavior Frontiers, a national leader in ABA services in the United States, seeks a BCBA to join our Detroit team. You will design and implement ABA programs for children with autism, using VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments to guide interventions and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA programs for children with autism.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to deliver individualized services.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust interventions based on VB research.
