Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in California for a full-time role. The candidate will design and oversee ABA programs for children with autism, conduct assessments, and contribute to a life-changing service delivery model.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior methodologies.
