Behavior Frontiers in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dynamic ABA team. The role focuses on designing and implementing evidence-based programs for children with autism and delivering life-changing services.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000–$88,000 with bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits from day one, generous PTO, professional development, and travel support.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• At least 1 year designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
