Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. The role offers flexible hours with a hybrid remote arrangement in Richmond, VA, and compensation of $90–$100 per hour.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train staff, analyze data, and prepare progress reports. Active BCBA LBA certification is required, and candidates should have 2–3 years of ABA experience.
