About The Job

Mindful Sprouts is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in Pompano Beach, FL, to create meaningful change in the lives of children with exceptionalities and their families. In this role you will work across home, school, and community settings, delivering personalized ABA therapy.

Key responsibilities of the position include conducting behavioral evaluations, training caregivers, developing individualized behavior support plans, and monitoring the effectiveness of interventions. You will also supervise Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery in a professional environment focused on client success and clinical growth.

Responsibilities
  • Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment and functional assessment measures.
  • Develop individualized goals and objectives for home, community, and school‑based programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
  • Teach Registered Behavioral Technicians the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems.
  • Conduct regular caregiver and/or teacher training.
  • Be responsible for ongoing individual program oversight and conduct weekly supervision meetings with Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Update client programs and materials.
  • Arrive at appointments, meetings, and training sessions at the scheduled time and return phone calls, electronic mail, and other correspondence in a timely fashion.
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner and treat all clients, customers, co‑workers, and others with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Meet regularly with the Clinical Director and notify them immediately of issues impacting the client’s progress and satisfaction.
  • Maintain records in accordance with policies and procedures and complete all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain a billable caseload and document billable hours according to state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in professional meetings or conferences that benefit Mindful Sprouts and support professional growth.
  • Adhere to the mission, vision, and values of Mindful Sprouts.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, social work, speech‑language pathology, or a related field required; Ph.D. preferred.
  • BCBA certification and/or licensed professional status.
  • At least one year of experience serving individuals with ASDs or related diagnoses across a full range of skills and abilities (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior‑analytic therapies.
  • Experience with staff training and supervision.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills; highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Must have successfully passed a criminal background screening.
