Job summary

Shining Steps ABA in Owensville, Missouri, seeks a BCBA to lead individualized ABA treatment plans and oversee clinical services.

You will assess using VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments, supervise RBTs, and work with families and school teams to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
