Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA in Oklahoma City to lead clinical ABA programs with a focus on delivering high-quality care and ongoing mentorship. This role blends in-clinic sessions with remote work options, supporting families and clients in a balanced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing treatment plans, mentoring RBTs, and collaborating with peers to ensure top outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Oklahoma LBA certification (required).
• Proven experience in developing and managing ABA treatment programs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to clinical work.
• Experience with diverse populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
