Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role in Oklahoma City. Salary ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 base with additional monthly bonus opportunities, a sign-on bonus, and a weekday schedule with no weekends and remote work options.

You'll conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, develop and manage ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs and ABATs, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure high-quality client outcomes while maintaining a balanced caseload.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.

What You'll Be Doing

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Active Oklahoma LBA certification (required)
• Proven experience in developing and managing ABA treatment programs
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to clinical work
• Experience with diverse populations is a plus
