Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Team Coordinator to lead services for infants and toddlers with developmental needs in home and clinical settings.
The BCBA will coordinate regional programs, supervise staff, and ensure alignment with Birth to Three regulations while delivering data-driven, family-centered interventions.

Benchmark is involved in all aspects of care for the youngest among us—from overseeing regional programs to providing hands‑on services through federal and state programs. Our child services help babies and toddlers with disabilities or delays learn new skills that typically develop during the first three years of life, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

The BCBA will work in a hybrid schedule, working in clients' homes and completing documentation remotely.
