Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Nashville, TN is seeking a BCBA to lead individualized ABA services for children and families in a collaborative clinical team. The role includes supervision of RBTs, data-driven treatment planning, and direct and supervisory clinical work.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification (BACB).
  • TN LBA licensure or eligibility.
  • Experience delivering ABA services to children with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment, and behavior intervention planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
  • Develop behavior intervention plans and treatment goals.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other team members.
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment based on data.
  • Review clinical data to ensure goals are met.
  • Provide parent and caregiver training and support.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training.
  • Ensure services comply with BACB standards and requirements.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.

Job description

We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about helping children and families, enjoys collaborating with a supportive clinical team, and is committed to providing high-quality, individualized ABA services, to provide services in the Nashville, TN area.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure services are provided ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and applicable requirements.
  • Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.
What We're Looking For
  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • TN LBA.
