Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Nashville, TN is seeking a BCBA to lead individualized ABA services for children and families in a collaborative clinical team. The role includes supervision of RBTs, data-driven treatment planning, and direct and supervisory clinical work.

The position emphasizes ethical, evidence-based care, strong communication, and coordination with families and schools. Hybrid telehealth scheduling may be available, with a focus on high-quality services in the Nashville area.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification (BACB).
• TN LBA licensure or eligibility.
• Experience delivering ABA services to children with developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment, and behavior intervention planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Develop behavior intervention plans and treatment goals.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other team members.

What We're Looking For
