Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Georgia is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs and conduct essential assessments, including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.

You will provide supervision to RBTs, monitor progress with data-driven modifications, review clinical data, train parents and caregivers, collaborate with families and schools, maintain meticulous

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• GA licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or within GA within 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct functional behavior and skills assessments.
• Develop behavior intervention plans and goals.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and team.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment based on data.
• Review clinical data and ensure goals are met.

Job Description:

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and other members of the treatment team.




• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications.




• Review clinical data and ensure treatment goals are being met.




• Provide parent and caregiver training and support.




• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals as appropriate.




• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.




• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing clinical training.




• Ensure services are provided ethically and in accordance with BACB standards and applicable requirements.




• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.




• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).




• GA LBA.




• Live in or within 50 miles of GA.




• Experience providing ABA services to children with developmental disabilities.




• Strong understanding of ABA principles, assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention.




• Excellent communication and organizational skills.




• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.




• Passion for helping children and supporting families.




• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-based care.
