Job summary

The Behavior Lab is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home, community-based, and clinic settings on a full-time basis. The role offers total compensation from $85,000 to $135,000, including base salary, monthly and quarterly bonuses, and full benefits.

You’ll build a caseload that supports meaningful outcomes for children and families. We emphasize burnout prevention, collaborative clinical team support, and growth toward Senior BCBA and leadership roles.

Compensation Package Breakdown

• Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $20,000+ annually based on meaningful outcomes
