Job summary

Anova Education is urgently hiring a BCBA in Spokane Valley, WA. The role offers a flexible schedule and professional autonomy while supporting clinicians to deliver meaningful progress for children and families in clinic, home, and community settings.

You will supervise BCBAs and Technicians, collaborate with SLPs and OTs, and contribute to program growth in a nonprofit environment. A strong emphasis on client-focused care and team-supported autonomy is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Washington Licensure as a Behavior Analyst or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Experience providing ABA services to children and families
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, schools, and community providers
• Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning
• Provide services in clinic, home, and community settings

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

BCBA certification

Washington LBA licensure (or eligibility within 90 days)
