Job summary

The Behavior Lab is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home, community-based, and clinic settings in California. This full-time position offers total compensation of $85,000–$135,000, including base salary, bonuses, and full benefits.

You’ll have a flexible caseload and supportive team to ensure meaningful, burnout-free care for children and families. Join a play-based ABA company focused on compassionate, individualized care.

Compensation Package Breakdown

• Base Salary: $85,000–$115,000
• Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $20,000+ annually based on meaningful outcomes
