Job summary

Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing ABA team. The BCBA will design and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism, using DTT and VB methodologies.

The role emphasizes hands-on assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance) and collaboration with families. The position offers competitive pay, extensive PTO, student loan repayment, maternity leave, CEUs and learning stipends, plus 401(k) with company match and travel

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Certified BCBA with a master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies.
