Job summary

BlueMind Therapy LLC in Dearborn, MI is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to impact children and families within a supportive environment committed to ethical, evidence-based ABA services.

You will conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, supervise RBTs, analyze data, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Active Michigan LBA or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Experience with behavioral assessments and supervising RBTs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments (FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS and others).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
  • Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
  • Deliver parent training and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain clinical documentation per BACB standards and payer requirements.
  • Participate in case reviews and ongoing professional development.
  • Ensure delivery of ethical, evidence-based ABA services.

About the Role

BlueMind Therapy LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Dearborn, MI. Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments, including FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and other appropriate assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
  • Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
  • Conduct parent training and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
  • Ensure the delivery of ethical, evidence-based ABA services.
Qualifications
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Active Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments and supervising RBTs.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of ABA best practices, clinical documentation, and insurance requirements.
