Job summary

BlueMind Therapy LLC in Dearborn, MI is seeking a passionate BCBA to lead ABA services for children and families in a collaborative clinical setting. You will develop, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans while ensuring ethical, evidence-based practice.

You will supervise RBTs/BTs, analyze client data, train families, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to promote meaningful progress and high-quality care.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Active Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments and supervising RBTs.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of ABA best practices, clinical documentation, and insurance requirements.

  • Conduct behavioral assessments, including FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and other appropriate assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide training to RBTs and BTs.
  • Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
  • Conduct parent training and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
  • Ensure the delivery of ethical, evidence-based ABA services.
