Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Active Michigan LBA or licensure eligibility is required.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and supervising RBTs is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.
• Knowledge of ABA best practices, clinical documentation, and payer requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments, including FBAs and ABLLS-R.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs/BTs.
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Provide parent training and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per BACB standards and payer requirements.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and professional development.
• Ensure delivery of ethical, evidence-based ABA services.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans based on progress.
• Conduct parent training and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure the delivery of ethical, evidence-based ABA services.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Active Michigan Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure.
