Job summary

ABA Pathways, LLC in Michigan seeks a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a client-centered team. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans, and provide direct clinical services as needed.

You will train families and collaborate with clinicians while ensuring fidelity to ABA Pathways' standards. This role supports ongoing program development, quality improvement, and meaningful client outcomes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Must reside in and be licensed to practice in Michigan.
• Minimum of two years of ABA experience.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to mentor clinical staff.
• Strong assessment, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently with high standards.
• Proficiency with technology for a remote environment.
• Current TB clearance and ability to pass background checks.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Must reside in and be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and support clinical team members.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
• Proficiency with technology and the ability to effectively work in a remote environment.
• Current TB clearance and the ability to pass required background checks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry objects in your home office.
• Ability to actively engage with clients in therapeutic settings, including bending, twisting, kneeling, and moving quickly as needed.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
