All About ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the Marlton Clinic. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and implement ABA therapies for clients with developmental disabilities across ages.

The role requires a BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in a related field, and willingness to travel to client locations. Competitive hourly compensation and opportunities for supervision and growth are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in our Marlton Clinic. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing top-quality ABA therapy to individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. You will work closely with clients, their families, and a team of dedicated professionals to provide the highest level of care and support. Requirements

• Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field, plus certification from the BACB as a Board- Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• In-depth knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques of ABA therapy
• Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds
• Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Must be willing to travel to clients' homes, schools, and other community settings as needed to provide therapy and support
