Job summary

Propel Autism is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Georgia to lead clinical teams serving children with Autism. If you are a BCBA with leadership experience, we’d love to hear from you and contribute to a growth-minded, compassionate care environment.

You will conduct skills assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates, manage a small caseload, and help families through training to support goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and Georgia license required.
• 1+ years BCBA experience; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand clients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 clients.
• Supervise, support and nurture RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates.
• Review session notes and data to monitor progress and fidelity of treatment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and empower parents/caregivers.
• Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours.

Sign On Bonus: $5,000 + : Limited Time Only Ending in 3 weeks

Pay: $87,000.00 - $131,000.00 per year

Job Highlights:

• Base salary range starting at $87,000+
• Target earnings $90,000-$131,000 annually
• Small caseloads of 6-8 clients
• Low billable requirement- 27.5hrs weekly
• 24 potential work from home days
• Emphasis on professional development: $500 annual CEU budget, monthly in-house CEUs, access to unlimited Central Reach Institute CEUs, and 1 dedicated paid professional development day.

As a Center-based Clinical Supervisor you will:

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
• Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
• Supervise, support and nurture RBT’s and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care
• Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes -Empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements.
• Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours

Bonus Structure:

• Once BCBA meets billable expectations per pay period they are eligible for an additional productivity bonus and one work from home day in the next pay period.
• Unlimited referral bonuses of $350 for RBT’s and $2000 for BCBA’s

You will need:

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Valid BCBA Certification
• Applicable license to practice within Georgia
• 1+ years of experience as a BCBA
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
