Propel Autism is looking for passionate, results-oriented clinicians to bring our mission of transformative care for children with Autism to life! Responsibilities
- Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand clients.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions.
- Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients.
- Supervise, support, and nurture RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care.
- Review session notes and data taken by the client's team to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes; empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements.
- Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours.
Bonus Structure
- Once BCBA meets billable expectations per pay period they are eligible for an additional productivity bonus and one work-from-home day in the next pay period.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid BCBA Certification.
- Applicable license to practice within Georgia.
- 1+ year of experience as a BCBA.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
