Job summary

Propel Autism is seeking a Center-based Clinical Supervisor in Georgia. You will supervise BCBA/RBT teams, assess clients, and develop treatment plans for a small caseload. Expect a center-based role with weekly billable targets and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology or related field required.
• BCBA certification and active Georgia license needed.
• At least 1 year of BCBA experience with children.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to understand clients.
• Develop comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 clients.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates.
• Review session notes and data to monitor progress and fidelity.
• Collaborate with colleagues and train parents as partners.

Emphasis on professional development: $500 annual CEU budget, monthly in-house CEUs, access to unlimited Central Reach Institute CEUs, and 1 dedicated paid professional development day.

As a Center-based Clinical Supervisor you will:

• Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
• Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients
• Supervise, support and nurture RBT’s and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care
• Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes -Empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements.
• Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours

Bonus Structure:

• Once BCBA meets billable expectations per pay period they are eligible for an additional productivity bonus and one work from home day in the next pay period.
• Unlimited referral bonuses of $350 for RBT’s and $2000 for BCBA’s

You will need:

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Valid BCBA Certification
• Applicable license to practice within Georgia
• 1+ years of experience as a BCBA
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
