Job summary

EDU-AIDs is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work directly with students receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, helping them develop communication, social, academic, and daily living skills while promoting independence and positive behaviors in educational settings.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Responsibilities
