Job summary

Agape Consulting is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavior analytic services in in-home and clinical settings. The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, with opportunities to supervise RBTs and collaborate with families.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress while engaging in annual international travel for training and collaboration

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in ABA therapy (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Reliable transportation for in-home sessions (mileage reimbursement provided).

  • Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and behavior therapists.
