Job summary

Alay Home Care in Wayne, NJ is urgently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to individuals with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. This role offers $70.00 per hour with a flexible scheduling arrangement and opportunities to make a direct, measurable impact on clients and families.

As a BCBA, you will conduct FBAs, develop and revise BIPs, supervise RBTs and aides, train caregivers, monitor data, and ensure compliance with ABA

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in ABA, psychology, special ed, social work, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities.
• Minimum 1 year supervised experience in behavioral assessment and plan development.
• Strong knowledge of ABA, FBA, and Positive Behavior Support.
