Job summary

ALAY Home Care, a New Jersey DDD provider, is urgently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver ethical, data-driven ABA services across all NJ counties. The BCBA provides clinical oversight to RBTs, supervises staff, conducts FBAs, and develops treatment plans in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include active BCBA certification, a degree in ABA or related field, CPR/First Aid, and at least 1 year of experience with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and a degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities.
• Minimum 1 year supervised experience in behavioral assessment and plan development.
• Strong knowledge of ABA, FBA, and Positive Behavior Support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
• Develop and revise Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Supervise RBTs and behavioral aides.
• Train caregivers and staff.
• Monitor data and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with ABA and DDD standards.

ALAY Home Care is urgently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout ALL New Jersey counties.

Pay Rate

• $70.00 per hour

Role Overview
