Job summary

ALAY Home Care is urgently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide ABA services across New Jersey counties. The BCBA will oversee RBTs and aides, conduct functional assessments, develop treatment plans, and ensure ethical, data-driven practices.

Immediate openings with flexible scheduling. The role requires active BCBA certification, relevant degrees, CPR/First Aid, and at least 1 year of related experience with developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification
• Minimum 1 year experience with developmental disabilities
• Minimum 1 year supervised experience in behavioral assessment and plan development
• Strong knowledge of ABA, FBA, and Positive Behavior Support

ALAY Home Care is urgently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout ALL New Jersey counties.

Pay Rate

• $70.00 per hour

Role Overview

The BCBA provides clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs and behavioral aides, ensuring ethical, data-driven ABA services. Responsibilities include behavioral assessments, treatment planning, staff training, and progress monitoring.
