Achievements ABA Therapy NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical services across in-home, daycare, and school settings in North Carolina, Georgia, and Arizona. The role offers flexible scheduling with remote or in-person supervision for RBTs and opportunities for parent training, team collaboration, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from BACB is required or in process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs; ensure ethical and effective care.
• Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
• Attend team meetings for collaborative care.
• Work across home, daycare, and school settings to support clients.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.

Compensation:

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience

• Passion for creating positive outcomesfor children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.

• Bilingual A Plus, though not required!

• Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA!
