Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care for children with autism. The role emphasizes treatment planning, remote or in-person supervision of RBTs, and parent training across NC, GA, and AZ, with client work in-home, daycares, and schools.
You will focus on clinical excellence while our back-office team handles administrative tasks, enabling you to deliver high-quality care and measurable outcomes.

The position includes responsibilities such as treatment planning, remote or in-person clinical supervision, parent training, assessments and team meetings. Our services are delivered in-home, in daycares, and in schools across North Carolina, Georgi, and Arizona, providing flexibility and opportunities to connect with clients in their everyday environments.

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour contingent on experience

Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals.
Provide remote or in-person clinical supervision to RBTs, ensuring ethical and effective care.
Conduct remote or in-person parent training sessions.
Attend team meetings to ensure collaboration and continuity of care.
Work across home, daycare, and school settings to provide seamless support to clients.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and company policies.
Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience in treatment planning, supervision, and parent training preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.
Passion for creating positive outcomes for children with autism and their families through compassionate and effective care.
Must have North Carolina LBA or be in process to obtain North Carolina LBA!
