Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative, energetic BCBA to provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming including parent training and social skills groups.

The role supports a flexible schedule with part-time hours and potential to grow into a full-time position, on-site in Muskegon, MI, and surrounding areas, with competitive benefits and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB
• Michigan state licensure is required
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong foundation in NDBI and natural environment teaching
• Neurodiversity-affirming, ethical ABA practice
• Early childhood development expertise

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans
• Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments
• Partner with families as true collaborators
• Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies
• Facilitate skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, community programming)
• Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through shared workspace and meetings

Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming, including parent training and social skills groups.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans

• Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments

• Partner with families as true collaborators (not just “trainers”)

• Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies

• Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, and community-based programming)

• Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
