Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings in Muskegon, MI and nearby areas. This role offers a flexible schedule with potential to grow into full-time, a manageable caseload, and competitive compensation of $60-$75 per hour, plus benefits and CEUs.

You will collaborate with families, deliver naturalistic, play-based interventions, and contribute to group-based programming

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Michigan state licensure required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans.
• Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments.
• Partner with families as true collaborators (not just trainers).
• Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies.
• Facilitate and help develop skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, and community-based programming).
• Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings.

SenseSational Learning Group is seeking a creative, energetic BCBA who's passionate about early childhood development and neurodiversity-affirming practice. Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming, including parent training and social skills groups.
