Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group, a Finni Health Company, is seeking a creative BCBA for a part-time, on-site role in Muskegon, MI. Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group programming and parent training.

You will conduct assessments, implement naturalistic play-based interventions, and collaborate with families to tailor interventions while maintaining work‑life balance and a supportive, growth‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Michigan state licensure required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop collaborative intervention plans.
• Implement naturalistic, play-based interventions in natural environments.
• Partner with families as true collaborators.
• Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies.
• Facilitate skills-based group sessions (social groups, parent groups, and community-based programming).
• Participate in team collaboration and clinical connection through our shared workspace and team meetings.

Provide individualized ABA services across home, school, and community settings, with opportunities to contribute to group-based programming, including parent training and social skills groups.

What You'll Do

• Coach parents, caregivers, and teachers on neurodiversity-affirming strategies

You're a Great Fit If You Have

• Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
