Job summary

Ahead ABA in Germantown, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services across Montgomery County. The role offers an hourly pay range of $105–$115 with a flexible caseload and meaningful work supporting families.

You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, run assessments, and collaborate closely with families to monitor progress and adapt interventions as needed.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with in-home ABA programs is a plus.
