Job summary

Ahead ABA in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our in-home ABA program. You will write and oversee treatment plans, assess progress, and coordinate with families, with strong clinical support behind you.

You will supervise RBTs, run assessments, and collaborate with our Montgomery County team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based services in clients' homes. A BCBA and master's in ABA are required.

Job description

At Ahead ABA, no BCBA works alone. We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Gaithersburg, MD, and you will have real clinical support behind you, not just a caseload.

You will write and oversee treatment plans, supervise RBTs, run assessments, and work closely with families in our in home ABA program across Montgomery County. Pay is $105 to $115 an hour.

We ask for an active BCBA certification and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, plus experience supervising RBTs.
