Job summary

Enlight Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design and oversee individualized treatment plans and guide each child's progress from intake through to goal attainment.

You will supervise therapists, coordinate care with a dedicated team, and maintain clinical leadership across your caseload to ensure high-quality outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing through the BACB.
• Licensed as a behavior analyst through the Minnesota Board of Psychology or eligible to obtain.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Experience writing treatment plans and supervising RBTs and other providers.
• Able to pass a Minnesota DHS background study.
