Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Provide direct supervision, feedback, and ongoing training to RBTs
Monitor treatment integrity and clinical progress through data review
Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other providers
Participate in team meetings and provide parent training as needed
Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and insurance requirements
Stay current with ABA best practices and continuing education requirements
