Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a supportive, collaborative team delivering high-quality care. This hybrid remote opportunity is based in Richmond, VA with flexible hours and a focus on work-life balance.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise and mentor RBTs/ABA technicians, train staff, analyze data, and provide compassionate support to families while preparing progress reports and

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification required.
• 2-3 years ABA experience.
• Experience supervising RBTs/ABA technicians is a plus.
