Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking dedicated BCBAs to deliver high-quality ABA services. This role is part-time with a flexible hybrid work arrangement in Richmond, VA, offering a balanced schedule and a supportive team.

You will assess clients, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train staff, analyze data, and prepare progress reports to keep families informed.

Qualifications

• When BCBA LBA certification is active and ABA experience is 2-3 years, candidates are preferred.
• Experience with data collection, progress tracking, and reporting is expected.
