Healthy Behavior Changes in South Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, W-2 role. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, create function-based treatment plans, deliver direct BCBA services, and oversee program implementation.
You will supervise and coach RBTs, provide caregiver training, review data for informed decisions, and collaborate with leadership on training materials to improve efficiency and clinical quality.

Healthy Behavior Changes is a clinician-led ABA practice and training hub serving children and adolescents with autism and related needs. We use a modern platform that centralizes credentialing, billing, scheduling, and payroll so our clinicians can spend more time on client care and professional growth. We focus on ethical, compassionate ABA, strong RBT supervision, and practical caregiver support.
We aim for a realistic full-time load of about 25-30 billable hours per week, reserving the rest of your time for supervision, documentation, and planning.
