House of Hearts ABA is seeking qualified BCBAs for flexible, hybrid roles in the Northern Denver region, including Erie and Firestone. Manage a small caseload with supportive leadership and opportunities to grow with the company.
The positions offer a mix of in-person and telehealth work, with caseloads designed for balance and quality care. Prior ABA experience is required, and RBT supervision is part of the role.
Pay Rate: $85–$110/hour
Schedule: Flexible, Part-Time (10–20 billable hours/week)
Location: Hybrid – Remote & In-Person. This is for BCBA’s in the Northern Denver area able to commute to towns such as Erie and Firestone as well as covering a caseload in the northern Denver region.
Experience: Minimum 1 year required

Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Have at least 1 year of ABA experience
