Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid in-person and remote, part-time position in Colorado Springs. The role includes supervising RBTs, conducting assessments, and crafting individualized treatment plans for a small caseload while maintaining balance and flexibility.

You will collaborate with educators and families to drive meaningful progress, with supportive leadership and a culture that prioritizes heart-first care.

Pay Rate: $85–$130/hour
Schedule: Flexible, Part-Time (10–20 billable hours/week)
Location: Hybrid – Remote & In-Person
Experience: Minimum 1 year required
